We're reaching out today to invite you to be a champion for our upcoming Igniting Potential fundraiser on September 18th, 2024. This year, we're focusing on raising critical funds for our impactful Post-Adoption Program.

• $3500: Provide 35 families with vital case management services. This includes assistance in finding birth families, along with ongoing support, education and resources to help families thrive.

• $5,000: Build a vibrant community! Host a social event for over 100 families, fostering connections, sharing resources, and strengthening parenting skills.

• $10,000: Deliver critical services! Provide respite care, crisis intervention, and case management support to 40 families in need.

• $20,000: Empower parents! Offer educational programs and connect 200 post-adoptive parents with a supportive network of hundreds of families.

• $25,000: Create lasting bonds! Facilitate connections between 50 families and their birth families, while providing ongoing support, education, and resources for all involved.
